Classic Group can help our customers in home loan application. We can give advice and help you plan for
the loan. We can also be an intermediary between the customers and banks such as Thanachart Bank,
Siam Commercial Bank, Bangkok Bank, etc. |

Documents required when applying for a loan |
| |
1. Copies of I.D. card and house registration of borrower (every page)
2. Copies of I.D. card and house registration of spouse (if any)
3. Copies of marriage registration or divorce certificate (if any) or death certificate of spouse
4. Copies of name/surname change certificate of both borrower and co-borrower
5. Statement of earnings with the last pay slip
6. Copies of bank statement (over the past 6 months) or copies of every
page of all accounts, including the current page
 7. Copies of purchase and sale agreement and every down payment receipt
Collateral Documents for Self-Employment/Entrepreneurs
1. Copies of business registration
2. Copies of legal entity registration
3. Copies of memorandum of association
4. Copies of shareholder list
5. Copies of bank statement (current account) over the past 6 months
6. Photos of enterprise
Recommendations for Home Loan Applicants
1. As the bank will consider the loan from evidence of down payment, applicants should pay on time.
2. Applicants should not borrow or being a co-borrower in another home loan, as the bank will deduct the monthly repayment amount from the applicants’ total income. This can cause a problem or be a reason they reduce the borrowing amount.
3. For the legal transaction, the spouse’s signature of consent is required for married applicants.
In case of divorce, the divorce certificate must be shown.
4. If the spouse is a foreigner, copies of passport must be provided for the bank and the signature of consent is required in the legal transaction.
5. Applicants should not have any unpaid bills e.g. telephone bill or any outstanding debt of
the installment purchase of any products.
6. Every copy of documents should have been signed. |
